Heidelberg: The Hexenturm (Witches Tower) and the Nazi Amphitheater are both said to be spooky by different phantoms. 

Frankenstein Palace: Frankenstein Mansion (German: Burg Frankenstein) is a genuine peak château in the Odenwald, sitting above the city of Darmstadt, and purportedly a motivation for Mary Shelley when she kept in touch with her beast novel Frankenstein. The SyFy Television program Apparition Seekers Universal publicized a whole scene about the stronghold and affirmed it had "... huge paranormal action".

Burg Wolfsegg, Wolfsegg: This 800-year-old stronghold in the district of Wolfsegg, Germany, is clearly spooky by a "White Lady" who drives away any guests who pass. The lady is reputed to be the apparition of Klara von Helfenstein who was supposedly killed by her envious spouse.









Wolfsegg Castle, 

is a beautiful Bavarian Castle. But according to legend, it’s also one of Germany’s most haunted castles. Reports of hauntings here date back to the 1500s. The owner allegedly discovered that his wife was having an affair and organized her murder. He died along with his two sons shortly after. Early visitors to the castle reported strange noises emanating from nearby caves. Although these turned out to be those of hunters taking shelter, there are still reports of a “White Woman” who walks the hallways.
